Client: The Dreamer-Planner-Doer Framework
My Roles: Learning and Development Manager, Instructional Designer
Development Tools: Google Slides, Artlist.io, Gemini
Project Summary: The Dreamer-Planner-Doer (DPD) Framework is a practical system rooted in cognitive behavioral science and performance psychology. It equips individuals and teams with a shared language for dynamic persona switching, enabling smarter communication, faster execution, and reduced ego friction across diverse work environments.
In my roles, I collaborated with cross-council members to design and develop e-learning experiences aligned to the principles of the DPD Framework. Our team was tasked with building a scalable curriculum architecture, sequencing realistic scenarios, and designing assessments that drive measurable skill adoption for an e-learning course.
Key Deliverables:
Curriculum Map: A comprehensive blueprint that outlines the progression of learning from foundational concepts to advanced application. It integrates task analysis, performance objectives, enhancement strategies, platform integrations, and scenario-based assessments to create competency-driven learning pathways.
Storyboard: The “Persona Busters” narrative arc is an immersive scenario-based e-learning experience. This asset weaves together behavioral decoding, character backstories, and branching logic to engage learners in decision-making simulations that strengthen collaboration and communication skills.
