Learning has shaped every step of my journey, both as an educator and as a lifelong learner. With a Ph.D. in Physical Education Teacher Education, I’ve worked across K-12 and higher education, developing engaging, research-driven learning experiences that ignite curiosity and drive successful outcomes.
As a middle school educator, I embraced the challenge of creating meaningful connections with young learners, helping them develop confidence, skills, and a love for movement and wellness. As a Clinical Assistant Professor, I developed evidence-based curriculum, mentored interns, and led initiatives that helped aspiring teachers gain the knowledge and experience needed to succeed.
Beyond my professional life, I stay curious and adventurous—I love to travel, stay active, and explore new ideas through reading and research. I find inspiration in the joy of exploration and aim to design learning that drives change, one lesson at time.
I'm always interested in making new connections, so please feel free to email me or connect with me on LinkedIn.
